OTB Newsletter Intake

Submit featured races, watch parties, and simulcast events for the weekly newsletters. Victor Z — this is yours.

📅 Submit by Thursday EOD — Marketing freezes content Friday noon
⚠️ Post-time rules — read before submitting:
(1) AM/PM must be confirmed. Raw racing calendars often show evening post times as AM (e.g. "7:05" instead of "7:05 PM"). Marketing will NOT publish a post time unless you confirm AM or PM explicitly here.
(2) Midnight rule: Any race with a post time at or after midnight (12:00 AM) is treated as the next calendar day for promo purposes. If a Saturday card has a 12:30 AM post, that's a Sunday race — confirm the correct calendar date before submitting.
(3) If the time is not confirmed, leave it blank. Marketing will promote the event without a time rather than risk publishing the wrong one.
Featured Races / Stakes Days This Week
Submit races you want the newsletter to feature — not the full daily card. Routine simulcast is ambient and does not need to be submitted every week.

⚠️ If AM/PM is not confirmed, select "Not confirmed — omit time." Marketing will never guess.
Marketing will not promote a race we can't show. If signal is unconfirmed, they'll hold the item until you confirm.
